Your personal information
Whenever you place an order on our website, we need your name and address for administrational purposes since in The Netherlands it is required to add information about the customer into the payment-administration. We will never use this information to send you any bills or invoices: we only communicate via email. We will merely use your personal data for payment validation and for administrational purposes. We will never sell your personal information to any third parties—your personal information won't be shared with anyone. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal details with care.
 
Your email address
Your email address will be used as validation whenever you log in to the control panel. We will also use your email address to send you gameserver-related emails. For example, you will receive an email whenever we have received a payment or whenever your game server or voice server is about to expire.
 
Cookies
When logging in to our control panel, our website will optionally save your email address in a cookie for easy log in the next time you visit our website. We will never store your password in a cookie.
 
Log information
When you access our website, our servers automatically store certain information for statistical pusposes. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your control panel username, any actions that you take using our control panel, browser type, the date and time of your visits and other information uniquely identifying your visits. This information allows us to resolve possible bugs in our scripts, and allows us to show more relevant content to future visitors from your region.
