On this page the most frequently asked pre-sales questions are answered. In case your question is related to your gameserver, please contact us through the control panel so we can help you adequately. If you have any other questions please contact us.
You can make a payment in two ways: by bank or by using PayPal. If you'd like to pay with a credit card or debit card you can use PayPal. You will receive our account details after you've completed your order. In case your preferred payment method is not supported, please contact us.
If you pay by PayPal, we will install your server instantly—within seconds your gameserver will be online. However, a bank payment may take anywhere between one and five days to arrive, depending on your country and bank. If you pay by bank, please be patient since there is no way we can speed up the process.
We will send you an email whenever your gameserver is about to expire. You can then add more days to your gameserver by using the control panel. If you forgot to add more days to your gameserver in time, you don't have to worry as we will always save your gameserver settings for at least a week.

Teamspeak 3
Today we have updated our Teamspeak 3 control panel. From now on you can easily add Server Admin Tokens.
